Next comes the gunite shell!
In the photo below you can take a look at the free form shape that was created along with the sun shelf and waterline tile that was installed.
Below is a photo after the land was graded and deck formation was complete and ready to pour the concrete sub deck. Concrete sub deck is standard in all our pool builds. This keeps the travertine pavers from sinking and shifting throughout time.

Here’s a closer look at the custom rolled edge spa. We are one of the only pool builders in our area to offer this finish. And the pics below you can also see the screen enclosure installation completed.
And once the interior plaster is done, we get to fill the pool with water, balance the chemicals correctly, and this beauty is ready to be enjoyed for many years to come!
