We build custom pools with premium materials and features that add long-term value, performance, and style.

Travertine pavers over a concrete sub-deck give your pool area a more durable, polished, and high-end finish.

Our premium interior finish is built for long-term durability, beauty, and easier maintenance.

A standard salt system gives you a gentler, lower-maintenance way to keep your pool water clean.

Variable speed pumps help improve efficiency while lowering energy use and operating costs.

Built-in LED lighting adds nighttime beauty, ambiance, and a more customized pool experience.

Every pool is designed around your home, lot, lifestyle, and the way you want to use your outdoor space.
Building a custom pool is a step-by-step process, and Agua Construction keeps each phase clear from start to finish. Here is what Palm Coast homeowners can expect during the construction of a custom gunite pool.
Once permits are in place, our team prepares the work area for pool, spa, and deck construction. This includes clearing the designated space and getting the site ready for the next phase of the build.
We mark the exact shape, size, and position of your pool before excavation begins. This step turns the design into a visible layout and starts shaping the backyard for construction.
Next, we install the plumbing lines, shape and secure the steel rebar, and complete the electrical groundwork needed for the pool system. These components are inspected before the shell is formed so the project stays on track and up to code.
This is one of the biggest milestones in the process. The gunite shell forms the structure of the pool, including steps, benches, and key design features, and then begins its curing phase.
Once the shell is complete, we prepare the surrounding area for your pool deck. This step helps create the right elevation, improves drainage, and sets the stage for a finished outdoor living space.
With the structure in place, we begin installing the visual finish elements that bring the design together. This can include waterline tile, coping, decorative features, and travertine pavers that add both beauty and durability.
We install the pool equipment that keeps your system running efficiently, including filtration, circulation, and any selected upgrades. If your project includes a screen enclosure, that work is completed during this stage as well.
As the project nears completion, we apply the interior finish and prepare the pool for water. Once the pool is filled, the final appearance begins to come to life and the project moves into its final checks.
Before handoff, we complete a quality check of the pool and surrounding area to make sure everything is ready. Then we walk you through pool operation and care so you feel confident enjoying your new Palm Coast pool.
